What if I want to order more than one item?

If you wish to send multiple items to the SAME recipient, then you may do so by placing the items into your shopping cart. However, if you're sending orders to several different recipients, we suggest you send each order separately. Simply complete one order and return to the on-line store for additional orders.

Is my credit Card Information Secure?

USA-Flowers uses a secure server to transmit your orders, so all credit card information is kept confidential. Still, if you are not completely comfortable ordering on-line, you may call us at 1-888-463-5257, and we'll be happy to take your information over the phone.

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 1 pm in the recipient's time zone can usually be delivered the same day. Delivery times can never be guaranteed, but we will do our absolute best to accommodate your needs.

What if there are problems, and I'm not happy with my order?

USA-Flowers.com will gladly have your flowers replaced by our FTD florist if you are not satisfied with your arrangement or you may be entitled to a 20% refund of your flower order. Any problems should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

Will my arrangement look exactly like the picture?

Every FTD florist does their best to duplicate an arrangement, however, not all florists carry all flowers, so some substitutions may apply.

What are  "Deluxe" and "Premium" Arrangement?

USA-Flowers.com offers more than 900 floral arrangements on our web site. These floral products can be modified based on how much you would like to spend.

We modify the original arrangement, as shown in the picture, by adding more of the same types of flowers to the arrangement. We provide you with two choices for ordering floral arrangements:

Shown- The floral arrangement is designed as shown in the picture.

Deluxe- The floral arrangement is designed to look like the picture, but with an additional $10 worth of flowers. The additional flowers will be the same type and color as in the original bouquet.

Premium -  The floral arrangement is designed to look like the picture, but with an additional $20 worth of flowers. The additional flowers will be the same type and color as in the original bouquet.

All USA-Flowers.com orders are automatically processed as "Shown" unless you decide to change the order to a "Deluxe" arrangement. You'll be given this option on our order form.

Suggested Retail Pricing
Online selections have suggested pricing, most including delivery, but can vary from area to area. For example, prices are often higher in Alaska and Hawaii. In some cases our florists may require additional money to complete a delivery, we would contact you if this happens via email and/or phone.
